GOAL: How can we stay ahead of what’s happening in the world and make a better use of trends to inform our marketing strategy? 

THE SPOTTER LAB’s ACTION :

Instead of delivering a trend book as a closed document, we have imagined this work as a dynamic and interactive process that each year terminates with a presentation to the global brand and marketing team.

For the past five years, our project has involved:

  • trend scanning in China, Russia, France, UK, Germany, US
  • expert interviews in the fields of urban planning, interior design, anthropology, real estate developments
  • innovation springboard ideas

KNOCK-ON EFFECT:

The deep understanding of social and market trends has made this yearly project a founding element of the brand’s global marketing plan.
